What is Gear’s Returns Policy?

At Gear we have a 7-day Returns Policy that gives you the choice to return items purchased from us (7 days after the delivery of the product).

Important:

For the Life Essentials Category:

Returns, Refunds or Exchanges are not applicable on Masks.

For Other Categories:

      Returns are not applicable to products under special days or promotions.

      Please ensure to keep the original invoice, warranty details and the product tags should be intact.

1. All the returned items once received back at our warehouse are run past our quality checklist, and the refund/replacement is processed only once it passes this stage.

2. The returned items must be undamaged and handed over as delivered with the tags intact unused.

3. The returned items with damages caused due to negligence, improper usage or application is not covered under this returns policy.

4. Special rules for promo offers might override this Returns Policy.

5. Convenience and delivery charges are not refundable, and the refunds of cash on delivery are through NEFT transactions.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can. Each item you return will have a unique ID and an email. While you can ship all the returned items in one shipment, the returned receipt form for each item must be included in it along with the returned ID for each product.

Why was my return request declined?

If a returned product does not meet the criteria mentioned in our Returns Policy, then we’re forced to decline the request to return the product.

How do I process my return?

Our simple 4-step process will help.

1. Log into shopmygear.com and click on My Account.

2. Initiate a return for each product that you want to send back.

3. Pack all the items together in a single package with the tags and invoice intact.

4. In order to place a return, make sure it is initiated within 48 hours of product delivery.

5. You’re good to go.

Unaccepted Deliveries and Returns

If an order is not accepted at the time of delivery or is raised for return  to us, a refund will be issued after deducting ₹100 as shipping and handling charges .

Refunds will reflect to the customer account within 30 days(maximum) of receiving the product back at our warehouse.


Full Refund Within 48 Hours

Orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 48 hours.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been dispatched. Customers agree not to dispute the final decision made by Gear Bags regarding cancellations.
